Refund policy

All sales are final

Everything in this store is part of our closing sale and is offered at a deep discount. Because of that, all sales are final. We can't accept returns, exchanges or cancellations once an order is placed. Please check sizing and details before you check out.

Wrong items

The one exception: if you receive an item that doesn't match your order (wrong design, size or color from what's on your order confirmation), email aloha@inthesouthernsun.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send the correct item if it's still in stock, or refund you for that item if it isn't.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
