Shipping policy

Order window

Our online closing sale runs from October 5 to October 26, 2026 (Hawaiʻi time). Orders placed in that window ship within 2–4 business days. Once stock is gone, it's gone.

Where we ship

We ship within the United States only, including Hawaiʻi and Alaska. We don't ship internationally.

Processing time

Orders are packed and shipped from Waikīkī within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Rates

• Standard shipping: $8 flat rate on orders under $100
• Free standard shipping on orders of $100 or more

Delivery time

Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–8 business days. Because we ship from Hawaiʻi, delivery to the mainland can take a little longer than you might be used to. Delivery times are carrier estimates and aren't guaranteed.

Address issues

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away and we'll do our best to fix it before it ships.

Lost or damaged packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, or it arrives damaged, email aloha@inthesouthernsun.com with your order number and we'll help sort it out with the carrier.
