This online store is operated by ITSS, LLC ("In The Southern Sun," "we," "us"). By visiting the store or making a purchase, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the store.

Products and pricing

We do our best to show product colors, designs and details accurately, but screens vary and we can't guarantee an exact match. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We may limit quantities, cancel orders or refuse service, including orders that look fraudulent or were placed with incorrect pricing or stock information. If we cancel an order you've paid for, you'll receive a full refund.

Availability

Stock is shared with our Waikīkī shop. If an item sells out after you order, we'll let you know and refund you for that item.

Payment and taxes

Payment is due at checkout. Applicable taxes, including Hawaiʻi General Excise Tax where required, are calculated at checkout.

Shipping and returns

All sales are final. Shipping and returns are covered by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, logos, photos and text on this store belong to In The Southern Sun or the artists we work with, and may not be copied or used without written permission.

Privacy

How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaiʻi.
